v2.0: How To Submit
Submission
Details:
(printer
friendly version)
Works in any medium will be considered.
Works must have been made with computers, digital tools or software
as part of the creative process, not merely used to document a separate
process. Word processor files that simply record the act of writing
or an unmanipulated scan of a painting, for example, do not meet
the submission requirements.
Works created by individuals or groups may be submitted, but all
producers/artists must be under the age of twenty-one on 29 July
2004.
Submissions must not include any materials for review beyond the
work sample and
information form.
Submission materials that come without a SASE will be destroyed.
Do not submit originals or masters.
Reproductions can be submitted as slides, VHS-video, Audio CDs,
MP3 CDs, DVDs, URLs or as files on CD-ROM or DVD-ROM.
For non-interactive audio and non-interactive video submissions,
please specify a section of no more than two minutes in length for
review.
Individuals or groups may submit more than one work, but each work
must be submitted separately.
Each submission must be accompanied by a $12 check or money order,
made out to Heads On Fire. Submission fee may be waived under special
circumstances. Contact ShinJoung Yeo (sjyeo@headsonfire.org)
for details.
All work must be made by or about California youth from communities
in distress.
