The Heads on Fire Community

The first person i interveiw was john he was from kenya and he ate wal wal, kop. he said in hes home contry all the boys would get cut on there forhead when they turn 14 they are a man but if you  dont get the mark you will hane to wait intil your 15 , 16 , 17 or intil you get it.

  As a two-headed snake, it appears as the "serpent bar," an emblem of royal authority carried by rulers.

This double-headed rattlesnake serpent was used as a ceremonial chest ornament that may have been worn by a priest. In Mesoamerican culture, serpents were very important religious symbols; the shedding of their skin made them a symbol of rebirth and renewal.

this is what i did, i played with my dog royes she looks like a tiger she has golden eyes and shes cute and i play tag with her i also give her treats.thats what i did with it

I was at the Malcolm x Library and we did a geocache hunt and we were at the point were the stuff was but there was nothing there.  We came back and we listening to a speaker named Oralia Loza.  She told us her background and how to do surveys. Then we went home.

one we went to sdsu to learn about the heart and tools.then we came back to the fablab and learnd how to use the sticker machine an the shop bot.with the lazer printer that can engrave stuff on wood plastic.so now we know how to use the machines now so we use them to to make name plates and cool stuff like that.so now were are thinking of ideas to create well we are in the fablab.

Today we worked with most of the machines at the fablab. We created stickers,name plates, necklaces, etc. I made a name plate which I really liked because I got to put pictures on it and Ialso got to work the machine/laser and learned how to do it so well the girls even asked for my help. We worked with the shop bot, laser cutter, and vinyl cutter. Esteban showed us how to weed out the sticker from the vinyl and while he was doing that we got together to hear Xavier speak and show us a picture which we were supposed to describe.

this week i met xavier, miriram, zaira, melia, dr.trefts at ucsd and dr. thefts taught us the 4 chambers of the heart and they are right atrium letf, right atrium, right ventrical, and the leftventrical.we also took heart beats and ming was 70beat a minnut.i learnd how to use aspectrophotometer.
